All our storage units are secure individual rooms and come in a range of sizes.
Mini Units
These units are circa £30 sq ft and can hold the contents of a garden shed or 140 medium boxes.
Price: 45 pcm (ex. VAT)
Small Units
These units range from circa 65 to 85 sq ft and can hold the contents of a one bedroom flat or 300-400 medium boxes.
Price: £100 - £130 pcm (ex. VAT)
Medium Units
These units are circa 125 sq ft and can hold the contents of a two bedroom house or up to 600 medium boxes.
Price: £195 pcm (ex. VAT)
Extra Large Units
These units are circa 525 sq ft and can store the contents of a large office or up to 2,500 medium boxes.
Price: £795 pcm (ex. VAT)
Large Units
These units range from circa 175 to 235 sq ft and can hold the contents of a four to five bedroom house or 850-1,100 medium boxes.
Price: £265 - £355 pcm (ex. VAT)
Prices shown are inclusive of rent, rates, service charge, insurance and utilities, but exclusive of VAT.
Agreements are documented by way of a short form, flexible licence.
What size storage do I need?
A quick rule of thumb is to think of a one-bedroom house as needing around 50 sq ft storage. Next, add 50 sq ft for every extra bedroom.
